Workers do not appear on Smarter Start's payroll. We do not run statutory compliance for your workforce. We do not assume employment liability. Even at P1, the worker becomes your employee at hand-off.
✕Contract staffing.
We are not a labour-supply business. P1 is a placement fee, not an ongoing markup. We do not run shifts, manage rosters, or invoice for headcount. Different unit economics, different posture, different defensibility.
